Procházky barokním Pelhřimovem
Vychází se od muzea a dále se pokračuje do kostela sv. Bartoloměje, kde jsme se soustředili především na krásný oltář stypickými barvami a tvary pro ranně barokní umění. Další zastávkou bylo průčelí fary, kde děti měly za úkol najít sluneční hodiny. Během procházky jsme měli možnost se zastavit také u sochy ukřižovaného Ježíše Krista u Jihlavské brány, která připomíná lidem Kristovu oběť na kříži a jejich spasení. Následně jsme pokračovali na náměstí ke kašně se sochou sv. Jakuba. Procházka byla zakončena v muzeu ve vězeňské kapli a freskovém sále, kde nalezneme nádhernou barokní freskovou výzdobou, na které jsou vyobrazeny alegorie ctností, které měly děti za úkol rozpoznat.
Děti během procházky plní různé důmyslné úkoly, které si zaznamenávají do pracovního listu. Tímto způsobem získávají znalosti, které mohou využít vpraxi, rozvíjejí svou kreativitu a samozřejmě se tím také učí.
V prázdninovém čase Muzeum Vysočiny Pelhřimov, p. o., připravilo dvě prohlídky barokním městem pro děti (25. 7. a 8. 8. od 14:00) a dvě pro dospělé (18. 7. a 1. 8. od 14:00).

From the Muzeum Vysočiny Pelhřimov we have started to make a short tour of Baroque art in the center of the town. This activity is aimed for the smallest and connects the most representative parts of this artistic style in the area of the old town.
The point of departure for the visit is the museum, from which we go to the church of Sainnt Barthlemy, to observe in it the beautiful baroque altarpiece, where the explanation was centered. The main altar of the church is a perfect example of the early baroque with typical shapes and colours. After the church the next stop was the front of the vicarage and sundial painted on the wall of the building. We could see also sculptures as the Crucifixion of Christ in the gate of the tower, put there to remind the people the price of their salvation. The next stop was the square where we saw the statue of St. Jacob in the fountain, in the middle of the square. After finishing the tour of the historic center, the small jail chapel in the museum and the fresco hall of the old castle with its incredible baroque frescos and his allegories we dismissed the activity. This activity, far from being a simple route through the city, is a practical activity for children as they go through the artistic resources, completing the booklet that has been given them previously. In this way, in addition to acquiring knowledge, they can put it into practice as the activity is carried out. Something certainly helps them to learn. This This activity to discover the baroque remains of the city is also aimed at adults, the schedules are as follows: adults - 18.7. and 1.8.at 14:00; children – 25.7. and 8. 8. at 14:00.
